Refinery Expansion & Modernization
We managed the expansion and upgrade of an existing refinery to increase capacity by 250,000 barrels/day. This included modernization of crude distillation units, new hydrocracking systems, and emissions-reducing equipment.
The entire project was delivered under an EPC contract, meeting tight regulatory and performance benchmarks with minimal downtime.
The Challenge
Working in a live refinery required strict coordination to avoid production disruption. The integration of new units with legacy systems also presented compatibility and scheduling challenges.
